At Marvora, all products are made specifically for each customer using a print-on-demand production process. Because every item is produced individually after an order is placed, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Print-On-Demand Production
All Marvora products are custom-made after purchase.
This means:
- products are not pre-manufactured in bulk
- each order is produced individually
- production begins shortly after checkout confirmation
Because of this business model, we are unable to accept most returns or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- customer preference
- buyer’s remorse
- accidental purchases
- color preference
- ordering the wrong product
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- product descriptions
- sizing information
- shipping details
before completing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only offer replacements or refunds if:
- the product arrives damaged
- the product contains a manufacturing defect
- the wrong item was received
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- order number
- clear photos of the product
- photos of packaging if applicable
- description of the issue
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds are issued only for:
- confirmed manufacturing defects
- confirmed shipping damage
- verified fulfillment errors
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers
- incorrect address entered by the customer
- unclaimed packages
- refused deliveries
- normal variations in print placement or color tones
- slight differences between mockups and final products
Shipping Delays
Marvora is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs
- weather conditions
- high seasonal demand
- circumstances outside our control
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
