No. All Marvora products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand production process.

This means every item is produced specifically after your order is placed.


How long does production take?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States typically takes:

  • 3–8 business days after production

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept:

  • returns
  • size exchanges
  • color exchanges
  • buyer’s remorse requests

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • description of the problem

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
